For refunds, our store staff will efficiently process transactions within the last 24 hours directly through the app. For transactions within the last 60 days, head to our Kris+ Merchant Portal for a hassle-free refund process. While refunds incur no charges, please note that the original credit/debit card processing fee will not be reimbursed.

For Apple/Google Pay transactions, credit card refunds follow the issuing bank's policies, taking approximately 7 to 14 business days. Any earned miles will be automatically canceled. KrisPay miles used for payment will be promptly refunded to your KrisPay wallet. Voucher-related requests can only be initiated by the merchant through the Kris+ Merchant Portal using admin credentials.
