How can I determine the right size when purchasing UGG men's shoes online?

As a general rule, aim to get one size larger than usual if you have wide or high-arched feet, bunions or ‘Greek’ feet (if your second toe is longer than your big toe). If your feet are particularly narrow, get UGG shoes that are one size smaller.
What are the best ways to clean and maintain UGG men's shoes?
At the outset, we recommend protecting your men’s UGG shoes by spraying them with water and stain repellent. We recommend gently spot cleaning with a damp cloth and warm, soapy water and reshaping the shoes by stuffing them with paper towels.
Are UGG men's shoes suitable for outdoor activities?
Sheepskin is a raw, natural material, but it is unique with its own unique characteristics and natural contours. It also requires extra care, especially when it comes to exposure to water. While the suede sheepskin UGGs are not suitable for outdoor activities, we do have trekking shoes and work boots specially made for hardy outdoor activities, including the EVERAU® Summit, AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD® Peter and EVERAU® Trekker.
Can UGG men's shoes accommodate orthotic inserts or special insoles?
For models lined with sheepskin, orthotic inserts and special insoles cannot be accommodated as these need to be affixed to a smooth insole surface. However, at The UGG Shop, we have many styles of men’s UGG shoes with insoles suitable for orthotic inserts across our men’s UGG casual shoe range. And if you would like sheepskin insole inserts, we sell these, too.
