What’s the best shoe fit for me?
The best shoe fit is highly dependent on your feet size and the how your feet fit into shoes. If your feet feels constrained even when you wear shoe sizes that matches the length of your feet, you may require wide-fit shoes. So also, if you find shoe sizes that fit the length of your feet, but leave spaces on the sides of your feet, you likely have narrow-width feet.

Are softer soled shoes really all that comfortable?
No. While you might think so at first, most podiatrists disagree. Podiatrists are of the opinion that most soft soles can do more harm than good. Shoes shouldn't be too soft!
